Bucksbitaprecrption aka Buck is a 1998 AQHA PERLINO Stallion. This is our new herd sire! He is a well put together stallion with a beautiful head and neck and overall good conformation, and as you can see he has mane and tail to die for ~ goes all of the way to his knee when it is undone right now! It keeps growing and growing! Due to a wire injury to his left hind leg, he had a limited amount of reining training. Buck is absolutely stunning!! Being a perlino, Buck cannot produce a red foal. Buck will produce only buckskins and palominos and rarely smokey black babies on sorrel, bay and any non gray mares. Visit the color chart below to see what colors he will throw. Buck stands 15hh and is well muscled. We are so excited about having our first babies by him in 2009! Buck is also well mannered and a gentleman for a stallion. Buck is 94% foundation bred and carries the bloodlines of Doc's Prescription, Jessie James, Wimpy, Easter Buck, and many more greats! There are several money earners and point earners on his papers. He is a great cross on just about anything! *News Flash! Our first crop of Buck babies have all arrived! They all were foaled from April 20, 2009 - May 20, 2009. 9 out of the 10 foals that were born this year by him are BUCKSKINS! He's exactly what we knew he was going to produce! Here is a color chart to see what color probability the babies he will throw on a particular color mare: If the mare's color is SORREL the foal color will be: 58% Buckskin 33% Palomino 8% Smoky Black If the mare's color is BAY the foal color will be: 87% Buckskin 6% Palomino 8% Smoky Black There are lots more color options depending on the mare's color.
