QB Blues Big Man is a 2006 AQHA Sorrel gelding aka Laredo.  Laredo is a real elegant and classy looking gelding.  He has a real sleek look to him and is built just right for cutting, but has some size to him.  He has good correct conformation with no scars or blemishes.  He stands about 14.3hh+ and weighs about 950 pounds.  Laredo has had about 10 months cutting training with Johnny Bates.  He is nominated to the AQHA Incentive Fund.  His sire is Laredo Blue, LTE $294,966, NCHA Horse of the Year, NCHA Non-Pro Futurity Champion, NCHA Non-Pro Derby Champion....and many many more excellent titles.  Too many to list!  Laredo Blue is an own son of the infamous Mecom Blue, LTE $20,312, and 1.3 Million Dollar Sire by Haidas Little Pep NCHA LTE $425,174 and 9.4 Million Dollar Sire, and out of Royal Blue Boon, "The First Lady Of Cutting", NCHA LTE $381,765, and is the 2.5 Million Dollar and all time producing Dam.  There are 5 Multi Million Dollar producers on this papers!  Wow!  His momma is an own daughter of Shorty Lena, NCHA money earner and 9.2 Million Dollar Sire!  Now that is an out standing pedigree!  Laredo is very athletic and cowy.  He has a really good start in the cutting pen and is pretty far along.  He can box a cow real pretty with your hand down, but of course needs the final touches to be ready to show.  Laredo has a really nice stop, good flex, and a pretty sweep across a cow.  He really wants to get his head down and really work the cow.  He has a good disposition, is friendly to people and is easy to catch and to handle.  He is a smooth ride and is also not limited to cutting.  He is suitable for the penners and sorters and also might could make a nice head or heel horse.  This is a really fancy gelding with good pedigree and good professional training!  SOLD!  THANKS MICHAEL IN FAIRFIELD, TX!
