Rocking JP Ranch -King Diamond Royal-

King Diamond Royal, aka Lil Cody, is a 2005 AQHA sorrel gelding. This is a nice colt with high percent King. We have owned him since he was 5 months old. He is versatile, athletic, and intelligent! He is 38% King P-234, 27% Royal King and is 94% foundation. Lil Cody has a streak face and good black feet. No scars or blemishes. He has had 6 months training off and on over the last year. He is still pretty goosy, but it is all to your advantage! He is a cat! He has never bucked nor does he have any bad habits. Lil Cody has a hell of a handle on him. He neck reins and works well off of leg pressure. He rides in a bit or a hackamore. He is thick, very pretty and has a real bright look. He is always working his ears. We have worked lots of cattle lately on him. Gathered cattle out of the brush, sort, cut, rope, doctor and drag calves to the fire etc. He is EXTREAMLY handy! We have even halter broke some colts off of him. He does it all! Scroll down to see some pics of that. (I like getting pics while we are working, but I seem to get yelled at when I am not working. :) I did get a few though!) This is our main ranch/using horse (we have others, but he is the favorite). I don't know what we will do if we sell him...I guess we will have to make another one. Not all of them are like Lil Cody though. For him, you only have to show him something 1 time and he remembers everything and remembers it very well! Lil Cody is a great ranch horse, cutting, sorting and/or heel horse. This is his winter coat in these pictures. He is not blanketed, he just won't grow long winter coat. He is always slick and shiny! SOLD!! Thanks James Gardner in Monahans, TX!!
