MISS ANNA DOC
Miss Anna Doc is a 2004 AQHA Silver Red Roan Mare with a
coon tail, aka Gum Drop. Gum Drop is an absolutely stunning looking
mare that is also nominated in the AQHA Incentive Fund! She is
definitely a head turner! Every time we take her somewhere with us
everyone is always dishing out compliments on her! She has the prettiest silvery red roan color, with a coon
tail all the way down the tail bone, 4 stocking legs, and a blaze face.
Gum Drop is a nice mare to look at as well as to ride. She has been
penned and sorted off of and we have been using her as a ranch horse.
She is a slave around here and she can handle it so well. She has not yet been in the box, we have just been
roping off of her in the pen and out in the pasture. She also rides nice out side and she
does not booger at anything out in the pasture. She is gentle to
ride and to handle but this mare does have a pretty big motor.
Meaning she is not sluggish in anyway. She is always ready for work.
She has a good handle on her and she rides out real freely and light in
her face and sides. She has never never never offered to buck or
misbehave in any way. She has great manners and does not have any bad
habits. We have also been using her a lot lately as a
turn back horse in the cutting pen. She is real good at that and she
has a lot of cow and a very pretty way of moving. Gum Drop has good
conformation, she is a well balanced, well put together, pretty made mare that
does not have any scars or blemishes. She is sound to ride and she
also should make a nice broodmare in the future. She stands about 15 hh and has good bone and good shape to her.
We used to keep shoes on her, but due to lack of money, this last time we
just had her trimmed. She is not tender footed or anything like that
without her shoes. She's got real good feet too. Gum Drop is the perfect size
and if you like to ride "pretty" and good, then she is the one! She is
not too big and not too small and she rides out real smooth also. In
Gum Drop's pedigree she has an awesome cross of cutting blood and foundation
blood. Her sire, Docs Fourty Freckles, is an own son of
Doc O Niner who is an NCHA money earning son of Doc O'Lena, NCHA
Open Futurity Champion, and $17 Million Dollar All-Time Leading Sire.
In Gum Drop's pedigree she carries the bloodlines of Doc O'Lena, Colonel
Freckles, Eddie Blue Hancock, Happy Hancock, Poco Pine, Sugar Bars, Leo,
Lucky Blanton, Mr 89er, Doc's Lynx, and Peppy San Badger. This mare
has lots of style, a good handle on her, she's gentle and tons of chrome!
Being that she is nominated in the AQHA IF, if you win money on her, they
will pay you money! She is sound and healthy and also has a pretty
and long mane and tail. Gum Drop is very honest and gentle, loads
perfect in and out of the trailer, gets along well with other horses, and
she also stands perfect for the farrier. One more thing, she is a
very easy keeper too! SOLD! THANKS
STELLA IN VIRGINIA!
