LENAS HIGH FIDELITY
Lenas High Fidelity, aka Jo Jo, is a 2001 AQHA Buckskin mare.
Jo Jo is a beautiful dappled buckskin mare with high black stockings above
the knees that stands 14.3hh and is very well put together. She has
correct conformation and the prettiest big bright eyes! I think that
this mare would be really fun for the kiddos to do 4H halter on and stuff
like that. She is very gentle and rides nice, but does not have a
very big motor. That is good for some people and not for others.
You be the judge. She moves out freely and easy, but would rather be
walking or not in a hurry. I am probably making it sound worse than
it really is, but I highly doubt she would ever be a top notch barrel
horse or something like that. She is very broke to a rope and
nothing seems to bother her at all. Jo Jo neck reins, stops nice and
backs up easy...ties, loads, bathes, etc. She is shod right now
because we have been riding her some down the road trying to get her
legged up because she is fat and out of shape. She gets better and
better every day and is starting to not look so overweight. This
mare is not dominant at all and the other horses pick on her. She
needs to go somewhere that other horses aren't mean to her. Even the
little ones pick on her. Jo Jo has a good cow horse pedigree with
Watch Joe Jack, Two Eyed Jack and Zan Parr Bar all in her pedigree.
There are several AQHA Halter and Performance point earners on her papers.
She would also make someone a nice broodmare. She would be better
suited for a non competitive rider that would just enjoy her for who she
is. I think that she would do playdays and stuff like that, but just
not in the big time. That is my opinion on it anyway! :)
She is so very pretty and has good muscling and is very shapey. One
thing though, some baby calves ate some of her tail. (Those are her
only friends). There isn't anything that I can do about it, but we
are putting MTG in it to make it grow faster. There is still some
length, but there is some short stuff too. She has absolutely no
buck or rear or anything bad like that and is puppy dog gentle. This
is overall a very nice mare and a joy to ride. Also, this mare rides
very well in a straight bridle, but Colton was tuning on her the other day
in a snaffle and that happened to be the day that I was taking pics.
I will try to get some pics soon of her in a straight bridle. She
rides better in it anyway. He was just using the snaffle as a tool.
SOLD! THANKS JACKIE IN EAST TEXAS!!
